Preseason lasts 5 weeks and during it you begin to keep daily scores to determine if you get a W or L on Sunday. However, once again, it is only preseason. You are trying to figure out what works for changing your bad habits and obtaining a healthy lifestyle. Just like NFL teams do, you can tweak things such as your Daily Gameday Objective in an attempt to arrive at your best starting lineup. So experiment and explore. However, after 5 weeks, no matter what my record is, I move on to the regular season.
