Intermittent Fasting 20/4
You fast for 20-hours and then you have a window to eat what you want. Technically, that window should be filled with good wholesome food choices. This is the “playbook” of choice for Scratch on the Football Fan’s Diet. This fasting protocol is also called “OMAD” which stands for, “One Meal A Day”.
Intermittent Fasting 16/8
Just like intermittent fasting 20/4 but you get a more generous eating window.
Intermittent Fasting 5/2
This is where you pick two days of the week and fast on them. On the other days, you can stuff your fat ass like our own “Paleo Pete” does after two days on the food wagon.
Alternate Day Fasting
On the alternate day fasting approach, you fast on one day and feast on the other. That is really all there is to it.
