PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Before I even begin this post about intermittent fasting and how to make it a habit of excellence, I wish to acknowledge the excellence given by those that made the ultimate sacrifice in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on New York City. Because through the day I had certainly my share of Sam Adams Boston Lager.
