PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I have enjoyed two really healthy days and looking forward to making Tuesday the same. Healthy eating, no alcohol, and two trips to the gym. The stomach is feeling good (tip: heed the romaine lettuce warning—its real). I am proponent of intermittent fasting and in this post I discuss how I am weirdly incorporating IF into my weight loss journey.

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I was hoping to make Saturday a juicing fast day, but instead it devolved into a chips, salsa and seasonal Sam Adams beer day—and I’m not fretting. It was a great time. Nonetheless, I recorded my fourth consecutive losing day on The Football Fan’s Diet—the dreaded “red 10s” had reared their ugly heads. However, I recorded something else too-a lot of damn calories! I gained some insights from doing so. For this post, I’d like to share with you what I learned.

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I know this weight loss journey is not going to be easy. It will require real fundamental change. I will need to alter what I value and do with my time, who my social acquaintances are, what hobbies and pastimes I enjoy—to ultimately turning around 10 years of the fat man getting the better of my health. That doesn’t sound too challenging does it?
