Scratch poops the bed on The Football Fan’s Diet. what a bad, stinky, crappy week health wise. Hell it was a lot of fun, but healthy wise… Oh, man, it was a real stinker.
PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Yesterday was a high calorie day on intermittent fasting and counting calories approach to my Season 48 of the Football Fan’s Diet. I had grand ideas to go to the gym prior to meeting my old man at the Highland Bar for a couple Dad catch up beers, but, instead, I got bogged down on writing this query letter for this book I am writing.
This post discusses intermittent fasting success as a function of mastery over three key parts to dieting: frequency of what you eat, quality of what you eat, and how much you eat. Having successfully tackled frequency as evidenced by 36 days of IF success, Scratch plans to work on the other two areas next to break through to the next level of health.
PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I have enjoyed two really healthy days and looking forward to making Tuesday the same. Healthy eating, no alcohol, and two trips to the gym. The stomach is feeling good (tip: heed the romaine lettuce warning—its real). I am proponent of intermittent fasting and in this post I discuss how I am weirdly incorporating IF into my weight loss journey.
PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I was hoping to make Saturday a juicing fast day, but instead it devolved into a chips, salsa and seasonal Sam Adams beer day—and I’m not fretting. It was a great time. Nonetheless, I recorded my fourth consecutive losing day on The Football Fan’s Diet—the dreaded “red 10s” had reared their ugly heads. However, I recorded something else too-a lot of damn calories! I gained some insights from doing so. For this post, I’d like to share with you what I learned.
