Friday, August 16, 2019 - PITTSBURGH (FFD) - It is slow going, but I feel my return to the Warrior’s Diet is helping me return to normal. You see, I was going gungho over health for a while. Earlier in the season I had a record 36 days straight on the Warrior’s Diet and then decided to change it, count calories, make it more challenging. After all, I had it all figured out. Then life happened.

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Had a great time yesterday celebrating the Fourth of July. Attending a pool party in the afternoon and at night took my daughter and her friend to downtown Pittsburgh to see the fireworks on the river. We took an Uber to get there. That was a good thing. Because through the day I had certainly my share of Sam Adams Boston Lager.

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - I have been re-landscaping myself the past few weeks and I have been using the OMAD approach to intermittent fasting to do so. Beyond that, I have kept things simple for stupid people—like me and you.

There is a lot to be said about the KISS principle: Keep It Simple Stupid. This principle has largely been my approach to the past three weeks on the Football Fan’s Diet and—so far, so good. I am getting compliments, have more energy, and my digs fit better. What more do I need to know than that?
