Monday - Hit Club Julian and nailed it. This was the first day I counted calories. Coach insisted.
Tuesday - Another kick ass day at Club Julian. Is joining Club Julian is worth it? It’s 10 bucks a freakin’ week. How much does a bar night cost? If I trade just one bar night for the gym, it is well worth it.
Wednesday - What? Three days at Club Julian? Now into binge watching “Bad Blood” at the gym on my Iphone.
Friday - Plans to see a country show canceled, but a couple beers at Hal’s was okay. Another good workout too.
Saturday - Pool beers. Intermittent Fasting window went a little longer than 4 hours but on the week averaged over 20 hours of fasting daily. Calories were kept under the average too. This is probably the day were I go above my averages as sort of a reward day. Long as I average 20/4 and average under 2,200—It’s a W. Yes, folks, counting calories does work.
Sunday - I can’t begin to say how much I killed it this day. It should be noted that on most days that I drank beer, I worked extra hard to ensure I could minimize the impact. However, this day, I worked extra hard and had no beers, thus just an awesome health day—one of which Dynasties can be built.
