PITTSBURGH (FFD) - For three days I have met my new more stringent Daily Gameday Objective. However, tonight poses a new challenge under the more stringent daily game day objective. With reduced calories I am now faced with meeting a business associate and having a few beers. The proverbial trap game is upon me and how well will I handle that?
Do not beat yourself up over having an evening out with some friends and don’t be that guy who worries about everything he eats at a social occasion. In this scenario common sense is the prevailing compass.
I think I will have to go with the second option.
Although it would be nice to stay under a certain amount of calories during a four hour eating window while I’m out having beers, I think it is more healthy if I just relax and take it easy.
I can allow myself one night where I can just sort of keep it reasonable on my intermittent fasting 20/4.
Intermittent Fasting 20/4: Calling An Audible
To note this day in terms of scoring, I think if I don’t pay attention to the calories then I do not get a touchdown. However, I do not give up a touchdown if I still keep the four hour eating fast on my intermittent fast 20/4. I think this helps me focus on two things.
So I’m gonna go with that and will see how it goes. On this this night with beer with associates I am calling an audible.
