Scoring Update: An intermittent fasting touchdown and exercise field goal on memorial day

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - It is about to storm right now and that has been typical the past couple weeks in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh. Today, however, I can talk about the sunshine for a change because I’ve been doing well on intermittent fasting on the Football Fan’s Diet.

I knocked out another day of a touchdown and field goal.

What would’ve normally been a challenging Memorial Day turned out to be one marked by hard work in the yard, a run around the block, running after the kids at the pool, and finally, toward the end of the day, enjoying myself at home with some real food and a couple cold Miller lights.

I gave up a field goal because I had more than two beers.

So let the scorecard read that I scored a touchdown for completing another 20 hour fast and that is pretty significant since it is the first day of OTAs on Season 38 of the Football Fan’s Diet.

I nailed a field goal because I basically worked my tail off all day and went for a run. I gave up a field goal because I did have a couple beers at dinner, but considering it was Memorial Day, it was good possession with the health football in my book.
