Cutting grass, cold beer, and Avengers: Endgame

I scored for keeping to the OMAD (one meal a day) plan. I also got a FG for working in the yard. All in all, a good day.

PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Saturday I cut the grass and I’ll have you know that it was hot as hell and the self-propelled feature of my lawn mower stopped working years ago. So pushing that mechanical junk of a Toro lawn mower that is now eight years old, is quite a work out.

I gave up a FG to my inner slob for sneaking down to Hal’s Bar & Grill for Miller Lite Drafts.

Yet I did it. Later I squeezed in a couple beers, Miller Lites this time, before dinner. After dinner, it was off to the see the Avengers: Endgame movie with the kids. Because of my OMAD window, I had an hour left to indulge in buttered movie popcorn.

The move was awesome. The popcorn tasted great. No better feeling than watching a movie with both kids at your sides. My 15-year old daughter loved the movie as well as my son. It was my first time watching a movie in the Cinemark XD theater experience too. Plus seats, nice table and cup holder and you can put your feet up. That is exactly what I did after I chalked about another playoff contender day on the Football Fan’s Diet.
