PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Scratch took it to his fat body this week rolling to a dominating 70-12 win.

“I made health plays this week. What else I can I say?” Scratch said. “I wasn’t trying to be anything but consistent in doing intermittent fasting 20-4. Keep to the basics…. That is the key… Keep those meals to 4-hours and make the routine the goal, not some calorie level.”
