PITTSBURGH (FFD) - Coach Corksoaker here. I have a quick update for those of you following along with that fat tub of blubber that goes by “Scratch”. His goals are about to get tougher.

Diet Cheating

As of right now, I am mandating that he can’t “double eat” on the intermittent fasting eating window of 4 hours. which is the heart of his DGO. He gets to eat one good meal and that’s it.

Sow what does this mean? This means he can’t stop for wings on the way home because it is feeding time, pound a couple beers, and an hour later, go home and eat a full meal with the family. That is really cheating and that is why he is not making much progress. Therefore, Scratch must…

Ban These Fast Food Places Now

Of course, Scratch lost two days out and out, so there is that. However, the 20-4 Warrior’s Diet intermittent fasting approach should still be good—if he does’t abuse it. Also, there is another wrinkle. There is a restaurant curfew in effect.

Yes, that is right. Scratch is banned from the following fast food places:

  • McDonald’s

  • Wendy’s

  • Burger King

  • Pizza Hut

  • Taco Bell

  • Sheetz

  • Arby’s

  • KFC

There you go. The Daily Gameday Objective just got a little tougher. Of course, Scratch can still have some beer and a good burger on a Friday, but now it is getting real. Good luck Scratch. you will need it you fat slob.
